The material is very strong, making it almost unbreakable. This produces safety and quality. This makes the Tritan product durable and dishwasher-safe!

SAFETY
Tritan   does not contain the chemical compounds Bisphenol A (BPA), Bisphenol S (BPS) or any other bisphenols. These substances can adversely affect the endocrine system, which is why use of BPA-free products is recommended.

Tritan  allows for the creation of many different shapes as well as sharp edges. The material also offers a wide range of colour and decorative options.

THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

ZENGO primarily uses the ISBM (Injection Stretch Blow Moulding) production technique. Production takes place through a single-stage technique. This method is excellently suited for both small and larger series. The process has three steps:

1. For the basic form (preform): The Tritan is dried and goes from the dryer to the machine via a spiral cylinder. During this transportation process the granules are heated, which produces liquid Tritan. The liquid mass is then injected into the first mould, the so-called preform mould.

2. For the final form: The basic form is now given a neck, created with high-precision injection. The blow mould gives the basic form its definitive form by applying the elastic part underneath the neck and blowing it out. The blowing ensures that the Tritan is formed against the wall of the blow mould, which can produce all sorts of shapes and designs.

3. For the end product: Here a removal unit places the Tritan bottle or glass on a conveyor belt where QC takes place in line with the customer’s requirements. Then the end product is packaged in boxes or on pallets.
